About

Who I am.

I am a learning experience designer with a background in biology, medical science and career focused education. My biology degree reinforced my love of solving problems through the methodical, iterative process of the scientific method. Working as a career educator allowed me to gain experience creating meaningful, career specific, scenario-based instruction for the past 10 years.

My Process.

In my solution-focused process, I follow a structured approach influenced by the ADDIE model. First, I identify the problem, ensuring I have a clear understanding of its nature and scope. Once I have a comprehensive understanding of the problem, I proceed to generate multiple solutions, brainstorming different approaches that could potentially address the issue. I draw upon past data and experiences, analyzing what has previously worked and what hasn't. With a decade of experience in instructional design and learning, I incorporate effective and proven instructional strategies with the learner in mind to reach collaborative goals.

What I offer.

I offer a unique combination of passion, positivity, and drive. I thrive on problem-solving and believe in the power of teamwork. Collaborating with others to gain their insights is something I truly enjoy, as it allows me to leverage diverse perspectives in solving complex challenges. With a continuous hunger for learning and a fearlessness when it comes to tackling new challenges, I bring a proactive and adaptable approach to the table.
