About Me

I’m an instructional designer with 12 years of experience developing curriculum, lesson plans, performance-based assessments, slide decks, job aids, and training materials. My career began in career and technical education, where I developed and scaled a four-year biomedical science program from 120 to more than 300 students, coordinated curriculum across multiple instructors, and collaborated with industry SMEs to align instruction with real-world competencies.

In my current role supporting the Department of Energy, I have designed both computer-based training and instructor-led training deliverables using ADDIE methodology. My work includes creating lesson plans, slide shows, job aids, handouts, knowledge and performance based assessments, evaluation data reports, and multi-media student resources.

Leadership & Operational Experience

  • Managed annual budgets exceeding $10,000, including procurement, recordkeeping, and instructional resource allocation

  • Led curriculum expansion efforts, coordinated team communication, and maintained state career program compliance documentation

  • Supported and guided other instructors in curriculum implementation, training participation, and procedures documentation

Process & Problem Solving

  • Executed a data system transition from SurveyMonkey to Microsoft Forms, then built custom analysis templates and automated report formats to preserve stakeholder expectations and enable a seamless $10,000 annual cost reduction

  • Developed performance support resources by segmenting instructional video content, improving learner preparedness for high-difficulty courses

Accreditation & Standards

  • Organized, classified, and maintained evidence for FLETA accreditation, including restructuring documentation to align with revised standards

  • Participated in accreditation management training and collaborated with FLETA analysts to ensure compliance and readiness for re-accreditation

  • Experience documenting evidence for career and technical education program standards, including successful Project Lead The Way Distinguished School designation
